Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the printing, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

There are no refunds for digital downloads.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support at info@nashvillletransfers.com 

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee for each returned item.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors not within our control (shipping carrier mishandling of packages, lost, weather, etc.)
  • factors within your control (wrong shipping address, wrong artwork sizing, wrong apparel color or size, etc)
  • Improper use of provided instructions.
  • Not thoroughly reading the descriptions of the product.  Note: Because of differences in equipment, processing, paper, inks, pigments, and other conditions that may arise in the production of our transfers, a reasonable variation in color is considered to be normal and acceptable. Exact duplication of colors of ink and other materials is not guaranteed, but every consistent effort will be made to follow and be accurate within the limits of the process. Exact duplication of design sizes and colors to match previous orders is not guaranteed.

     

     

*You can submit refund requests within 5 days  by signing into your account and complete a return request . 

 Customer is responsible for mailing back original order  in the original packaging before refunds will be given.
