Refunds, Color Disclaimer & Artwork Submission Terms
At Nashville Transfers, we are committed to delivering high-quality prints based on the files you provide. We do not proof any uploads provided. Please carefully review the guidelines below before submitting artwork or requesting a refund.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your order has entered production, no cancellations will be honored.
No cancellations are accepted on any rush orders, regardless of the situation.
🎨 Artwork Submission Responsibility
By submitting your artwork, you are certifying that you are either the designer of the artwork or have full legal permission to reproduce it through a third party. It is your responsibility to ensure the print complies with the original designer's licensing terms. If copyright or usage rights are called into question, documentation may be required before production.
📁 Acceptable File Formats
We do not print screenshots or watermarked images.
Accepted formats:
Vector Files: AI, PDF
Raster Files: JPG, PSD, PNG
(Ensure transparent backgrounds otherwise, artwork will print as received.)
Resolution Requirements:
All files must be 300 DPI at 100% size. Files under 300 DPI may appear pixelated or blurry. No refunds or reprints will be offered for low-resolution files.
✂️ Additional Services & Fees
Gang Sheet Cutting: $15.00 per gang sheet
Single Color Change: $20.00 per design
Rasterization/Color Knockout Adjustments: $15.00
📏 Sizing & Line Thickness Requirements
Please submit artwork at the exact size you want it printed. If no size is provided, it will be printed at the size received.
Maximum line thickness: 3.5 pt (0.05")
Lines thinner than this may not print clearly.
🎨 Color and Quality Disclaimers
Due to the nature of digital printing and the variables involved (equipment, materials, inks, pigments, etc.), exact color matching is not guaranteed. Slight color variations are considered normal and industry-standard.
We make every effort to match your design, but:
We do not guarantee exact matches to screen previews, past prints, or Pantone colors.
Refunds will not be issued for minor color differences or print quality issues caused by poor file preparation or resolution.
Exact duplication of past orders may vary due to file changes, material lots, and environmental factors.📌 Refunds
Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:
Artwork submitted with low resolution or incorrect sizing
Colors appearing slightly different than expected
Artwork submitted with non-transparent backgrounds
Screenshots or unauthorized artwork
If you believe your order is eligible for a reprint due to a true printing error, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photos and your order number for review.
